1. Authorized business use
GWC888 provides accounting and business scheduling tools for authorized company users. Access to private records requires an account and appropriate permissions. Use the service only for business activities and information you are authorized to manage, in accordance with applicable requirements and your company's policies.
Protect your credentials, use the permissions assigned to you and report suspected account misuse. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service or obtain another company's records without authorization.
2. Accuracy and responsibility for records
Users and company administrators are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of entered records, including record references, dates, amounts, remarks and contact information. Review records and adjustments before approving or submitting them.
Calendar entries are reminders derived from application data. Verify business records in the accounting system when making decisions or resolving discrepancies. Calendar synchronization and invitation status do not establish that a payment was made or that a recipient received an email.
3. Google Calendar authorization and sharing
An authorized organizer must approve Google's authorization request before the integration can access that organizer's calendar. Connecting the account permits the configured calendar features, including background comparison and synchronization of managed events.
Administrators are responsible for choosing the correct organizer, calendar, record settings and recipients. Invitations and updates may disclose customer and staff names, record references, due dates, amounts and remarks. Include only recipients authorized to receive this information, including any recipient used for delivery testing.
Google Calendar is provided by Google and is subject to Google's terms and account settings. Invitations and updates may be delayed or affected by recipient settings, provider limits, service availability or authorization changes.
4. Pausing, removal and revocation
Authorized administrators can pause synchronization or request removal of managed events. These actions have different effects: pausing retains existing events, while removal requests cancellation of managed events. Completion settings can also control event removal.
The organizer may revoke Google access through Google Account settings. Revocation prevents further synchronization until valid authorization is restored. It does not automatically delete events or accounting records. Allow requested cleanup to finish before attempting to send a removed calendar again.
5. Availability and support
Features may be unavailable during maintenance, network failures, provider outages or authorization problems. Review reported errors and seek support when a schedule requires intervention. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, invitation email delivery or automatic recovery from revoked authorization.
These terms do not override any separate written agreement with your service provider or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Privacy and contact
Information handling is explained in our Privacy policy. Contact [email protected] for support, questions about these terms or data requests. Updates to these terms will be published on this page.
