GWC888 is a business application for authorized company teams to manage customers, staff, transactions, expenses and related accounting records.
Its optional Google Calendar integration helps teams share scheduled dates and keep selected recipients informed as records change.

How Google Calendar is used
An authorized administrator chooses whether to connect Google Calendar. Google asks the organizer to approve account identity and calendar event permissions. The application uses that authorization to synchronize business events in the configured organizer calendar.
Events can include a record reference, customer and staff names, scheduled dates and amounts, and record or staff remarks. Selected recipients receive those details through Google Calendar invitations and updates. Only select recipients who are authorized to receive the information.
Calendar access is optional. Administrators control which records are synchronized, their recipients and whether events are removed after completion. Automated synchronization can continue in the background while the organizer's authorization remains valid.
